When you apply for housing, donate, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and application details. We use this information only to review applications, communicate with applicants, residents, families, and referral partners, and operate our program.
If you provide your phone number, we may send you text messages about your application, resident account setup, appointments, program updates, and operational alerts. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our messaging and email providers), as required by law, or with your consent (for example, with a counselor or referral partner you name on your application).
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
